Out of Body, 2007 binding.

Original text traces binder/authors roots to the Midwest, yet with an overview of the migration of the American people and spirit. 

Printed on a HP 1500 inkjet on  Arches Text Wove paper that was first decorated and illustrated using pastepaper technique.

Bound in green Harmatan goatskin, the design was executed using both traditional and back pared leather onlays, cut foil stamping and gold tooling, as well as painted and stenciled acrylic.
